Refund policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order from Paper Paradise! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  please reach out to us by emailing info@paperparadise.co.uk to let us know before returning. Parcels that are refused or returned without prior arrangement will not be refunded. Orders must be returned in full in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
• We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We recommend retaining proof of postage when sending your item(s) back.
• Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning the items. 
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the returned products. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received, although during busy periods this may take a little longer.
